To educate and involve the community in Creative Arts through demonstrations, displays and competitive events.

GOALS & OBJECTIVES
• Meet the needs/interests of our contemporary community.
• Provide opportunities to attract non-traditional and traditional Heart O’ Texas audiences.
• Entertain fair-goers through an energetic, stimulating environment within Creative Arts & Education.
• Support the youth of Central Texas.
