Mutton Bustin’ Rally
There will be two Mutton Bustin’ performances per day from October 6 – 14. Young cowboys and cowgirls get a chance to ride and compete nightly in this crowd favorite event. The top riders move on to the semi finals during the All American ProRodeo Finals in the Extraco Colieum.
Wild About Monkeys
When a movie producer needs a performing baboon, chances are they will call Kevin Keith the host of “Wild about Monkeys”. Training Baboons is his specialty. He believes baboons to be, by far the most socially intelligent primate. This show is a combination of the rare skills of an excellent trainer and the incredible instincts of the wild as well as domestic animals with which he has become friends. Kevin, together with his wife Martina, will delight and amaze the audience with fun, education and great entertainment for the whole family. “Wild about Monkeys” is the only traveling animal exhibition that features trained baboons.
Cowboy Boot Camp presented by Texas Farm Bureau
Cowboy Boot Camp is an interactive and educational agricultural exhibit that features old west themed hands-on activities ad crafts. With a village type atmosphere, fairgoers can be immersed in the feel of the old Wild West with fun activity stations such a gold panning, roping, horse saddling, pedal tractors and much more!
Scott's Crazy Comedy Magic Show - Future of Magic
Scott creates an exciting illusion spectacular with futuristic elements that captures the attention and imagination of kids from age 2 to 92! Neon, lighting, lasers and even a LIVE Robot can be seen floating in the air! As a producer of family shows for over two decades worldwide, Scott’s show is the most in-demand Magic Attraction in the Fair industry and brings magic to the whole family!
The Magic Bean Agricultural Magic Show presented by H-E-B
From the "farm to the kitchen," this show teaches kids where our food comes from. Providing jaw dropping amazement with state of the art magic and lots of audience participation, this show promotes agriculture for all ages. There is even a magic bean offered to kids to take home, plant and watch grow. This show can be found in the H-E-Buddy Barnyard.
Stick Horse Rodeo/ Pony Hop Races
Don’t miss cowboys and cowgirls competing in a simulated rodeo performance riding their stick horses or race hopping on the dirt on inflatable ponies.
Take a ride on a real pony! $5 per ride. Open daily.
