Hometown Stage

Thank you for your interest in performing on the First Methodist Waco Hometown Stage at the 2023 Heart O’ Texas Fair & Rodeo. Please fill in the form below to apply online.

The Hometown Stage location is TBD.

Performances are one (1) hour each and start at the top of the hour. Below are the times when the stage is open. Please note that performance times are first-come, first-served. Once your application is received, you will be notified of your time slot, via email, if you are selected.

Sunday, October 8: 1 – 8 p.m.
Monday, October 9: 5 - 8 p.m.
Tuesday, October 10: 5 - 8 p.m.
Wednesday, October 11: 5 - 8 p.m.
Thursday, October 12: 5 - 8 p.m.
Friday, October 13: 5 - 8 p.m.
Saturday, October 14: 1 - 8 p.m.
Sunday, October 15: 1 – 8 p.m.

1. This is an application only to perform on the Hometown Stage at the 2023 Heart O’ Texas Fair & Rodeo and is NOT A GUARANTEED SPOT TO PERFORM.

2. These performances are non-paying.

3. Only performers may be admitted free to the Heart O’ Texas Fair & Rodeo and only on the date of the performance. Any parents/guardians will be required to purchase a general admission ticket for admittance onto the grounds.

4. Music must be pre-downloaded before arrival or brought on a CD/USB.

5. Performances must be suitable for family entertainment.

6. I/we will follow all rules (noise levels, etc.) imposed by the Heart O’ Texas Fair & Rodeo.

7. I/we are responsible for our own equipment/instruments used during the performance.

8. I/we will be contacted by the Heart O’ Texas Fair & Rodeo at a later date with the selected date and time to perform, if you are selected.
