You must be on site working your booth every day during all open hours. Missed days at market will result in being ejected from the market without refund.
DOORS OPEN: Thursday, October 1: 6-10pm
Friday, October 2: 4-11pm
Saturday, October 3: noon-11pm
Sunday, October 4: Noon-10pm
Monday, October 5: 4-10pm
Tuesday, October 6: 4-10pm
Wednesday, October 7: 4-10pm
Thursday, October 8: 4-10pm
Friday, October 9: 4-11pm

Exhibitors may enter the building two hours prior to opening each fair day to refresh their booth.
Move in and set up details will be emailed to in September. Move in is typically Wednesday & Thursday.

All registered and paid Exhibitors will receive 1 free parking pass and 2 Exhibitor badges. Additional passes and badges may be available for purchase at Exhibitor Set Up based on availability.
RV spaces are not available at Extraco Center, there are RV parks, hotels and B&Bs in the Waco and surrounding areas. We recommend you make accommodation reservations soon after your Exhibitor registration as the area tends to sell out quickly around HOT Fair & Rodeo days.
