What is the Back Porch Club?

The Back Porch Club is a private club offering members an opportunity to enjoy a first-class social setting in a unique location on the second floor of the Extraco Coliseum above the Bucking Chutes. The Back Porch Club is in a prime location with magnificent views of the action inside the Coliseum, while also allowing access to the rooftop patio. The club is temperature controlled with a secluded kitchen area, bar, private restrooms, and many other features. Don't miss the party - join Waco's best private club!

Memberships

We are so excited to have the Back Porch Club open for business during this 2025 Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo.
The Back Porch Club is only open to members during and after the Rodeo. After 10pm, the Back Porch Club is 18 and up only.

2025 Membership Applications will open September 1st. (Memberships not available for purchase after September 30, 2025)
We only sell a limited amount of memberships. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
*You can also purchase these ahead of time through the Pre-Sale Volunteer Campaign.
Annual memberships are valid from October 2025 – September 2026.

IMPORTANT RULES/EXPECTATIONS OF MEMBERSHIP:

  • Admission
    • ALL Back Porch Club Member Badges, Guest of member Badges will grant you gate admission and access to the Back Porch Club during the Heart O’ Texas Fair & Rodeo. However, they do NOT grant you a balcony seat in the Rodeo or access to the rodeo other than through the Back Porch Club.
    • A volunteer Badge or Rodeo Seat/ticket does NOT give you access to the Back Porch Club. Only the following will give you access to the Back Porch Club (no exceptions)

      • Back Porch Club Guest of member Badge
      • Back Porch Club Dinner Reservation Guest of Member
      • Party Deck Badges
      • Night at the Rodeo Badges
      • Chairman's Box Passes

  • One-Day Guest Passes Discontinued
    • Effective immediately, one-day guest passes will no longer be offered, either as part of a membership benefit or as an optional add-on. This change is designed to protect the comfort, value, and premium experience that Back Porch Club members have come to expect.
      • Dinner reservations are additional costs
  • New Dinner Guest Policy
    • While one-day guest passes are being removed, we are introducing a Dinner Guest option for members who wish to entertain non-members during dinner service at the Back Porch Club:
      • Members may reserve and pre-pay for up to 8 Dinner Guest at the Back Porch Club.
        • Request for additional guest above 8 must be approved by Erin James erin@hotfair.com
      • Dinner Guests must enter the fairgrounds independently by purchasing their own Fair and/or Rodeo admission ticket.
      • The member must be present with their dinner guest for the reservation.
      • Dinner Guests will receive a wristband granting them access to the Back Porch Club for that night only , during and immediately following dinner service.
      • Dinner guests are subject to reservation availability.
      • Members must pay the nightly meal rate for each guest at the time reservations are made.
      Dinner Reservations
      • Back Porch Club memberships DO NOT INCLUDE meals/drinks in the club.
      • Classic Back Porch Club members that wish to make dinner reservations, must pay for their meal online at the time of reservation.
      • Meals for Premier Back Porch Club members cannot be rolled over to other nights.
      • All dinner reservations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance by the Back Porch Club Member before you plan to attend, no exceptions.
      • We have a limited seating capacity due to space constraints. All dinner reservations are first come first served, no exceptions.
      • Reservations can be made online at www.hotfair.com/BPC.
        • Prices for meals may vary.
