The Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo South 40 Committee invites you to our annual One HOT Cook Off sanctioned by
Champions Barbecue Alliance. Cook Off includes the following categories: Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, Wild Game, and Margarita Contest. Proceeds from this event benefit the Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo Scholarship Fund.
Cookoff Spots are 30'x30' or 60'x30' outdoor spaces. Everything must fit in your designated 30'x30' spot.

Registration will close on September 24th at 5pm, or once all spots are sold.
