About the Cook Off

The Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo South 40 Committee invites you to our annual One HOT Cook Off. Cook Off includes the following categories: Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, Margarita Contest, and Dutch Oven. Proceeds from this event benefit the Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo Scholarship Fund.

Cookoff Spots are 30'x30' outdoor spaces. Everything must fit in your designated 30'x30' spot. If you need more space, you will need to purchase an additional spot.

Registration will close on September 18th at 5pm, or once spots are sold.
