The Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo South 40 Committee invites you to our annual One HOT Cook Off sanctioned by
Champions Barbecue Alliance. Cook Off includes the following categories: Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, and Margarita Contest. Proceeds from this event benefit the Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo Scholarship Fund.
Cookoff Spots are 30'x30' outdoor spaces. Everything must fit in your designated 30'x30' spot. If you need more space, you will need to purchase an additional spot.
Registration opens online on June 19th, 2025
Team load-in on September 19th, 2025
One HOT Cookoff & Awards on September 20th, 2025
Team load-out on September 21st, 2025
Registration will close on September 18th at 5pm, or once spots are sold.
