Tickets On-Sale Now for the 2014 Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo

Tickets for the 2014 Heart O’ Texas Fair & Rodeo, presented by HEB, are on-sale now.  This year’s fair runs from Thursday, October 2 through Saturday, October 11.
 
Gate admission to the Fair is $10 for ages 13 and up, $5 for ages 3 – 12 and free for ages 2 and under.  Fair-goers can purchase their tickets at the Extraco Events Center Box Office at 4601 Bosque Boulevard or online at hotfair.com. 
 
If you are an avid carnival-goer and want to enjoy the rides nightly, a Funpass is the way to go.  A 10-day Funpass can be purchased for $65 at participating CEFCO Convenience Stores as well as the Extraco Events Center Box Office.
 
Beginning Saturday, October 4, the All American ProRodeo Finals, presented by Pendleton Whisky, gets  underway.  This is where you’ll be able to see the year’s top contestants compete for their share of $500,000 which will be awarded on the final night on Saturday, October 11.  Rodeo fans will need to purchase a ticket for the first and last Saturday night this year.  The cost is $20 each for Reserved Balcony and Reserved Mezzanine seating (all seats are reserved; there are no general admission seats); and $25 each for Reserved Box Seating, which includes general admission to the Fair.  Enthusiasts can catch the rodeo on Sunday, October 5; Tuesday, October 7; Wednesday, October 8; Thursday, October 9; and, Friday, October 10 with their general admission to the Fair.  There will not be a rodeo on Monday, October 6.
 
The 2014 Music Zone line-up includes Joe Nichols, Kevin Fowler, Granger Smith, Casey Donahew Band, Thompson Square and Cody Johnson.  Ticket prices range from $16 - $31 and include general admission to the Fair.  If music is your thing and you plan on being at all or almost all the concerts in the Music Zone, a Music Zone Pass is the best buy.  For only $69 (50% savings) you will have Music Zone admission all six nights of the concerts and general admission to the fair.
 
The 2014 Fair is packed full of exhibits, carnival rides and games, local entertainment, concerts and rodeo fun for the entire family.  There’s something new every night, from the first 500 promotional giveaways to the local talent on the Hometown Stage to new life in the W Promotions Nursery and Birthing Center.  The Extraco Banks Kids Zone  includes carnival rides; Mutton Bustin’ Rally; The Great American Pig Races; Pedal Tractor Maze, presented by  Brazos Valley Equipment; Stick Horse Rodeo; Sweetheart’s Face Painting Booth, presented by Waco Tribune-Herald; Sudsy’s Barn; and, Sealife Encounters presents Live Stingrays.

H-E-Buddy Barnyard is back and better than ever with the return of Let’s Pretend Farm Time Tour, presented by Texas Farm Bureau; Noah’s Way Exotic Petting Zoo, Pony Rides and Edzoocation; and, W Promotions Nursery & Birthing Center.
